Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://jycleaninglongmont.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning provided by JY Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JY Cleaning or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JY Cleaning makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will JY Cleaning's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JY Cleaning harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CO.

Term Changes. JY Cleaning may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
